The show Bruit de couloir (a French expression meaning « rumour » / « hearsay ») offers a poetic journey questioning our feelings when, close to the time of our death, life is flashing before our eyes. By combining juggling and contemporary dance, the show evokes fragments of different emotional states.

Inspired by people who have gone through Near Death Experience, this solo is a metaphoric view of death as a juggling dance that remembers life with nostalgia. Flirting with Hip-Hop, the choreography is at times smooth, sharp or staccato.

Bruit de couloir offers a heady and soft score, both airy and deep, in which the white balls acquire a form of autonomy. They become full partners as if they were telling fragments of emotions and life.

Show avalable on tour for 2018/2019 & 2019/2020
